About this position
The Product Manager at Lab08 collaborates with teams across the organization and engages with key customer stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact between customers and the software development team. This role is responsible for developing product plans, clarifying requirements, and setting priorities for new development initiatives. The Product Manager implements Agile methodologies, including acting as Scrum Master when needed, to support team efficiency and product success, while working closely with engineering to ensure comprehensive product documentation using JIRA and Confluence. From operational execution to strategic planning, the Product Manager has the opportunity to influence product direction based on engagement and proactive contribution. Additionally, the role may involve participating in Lab08’s Technical Due Diligence on behalf of Venture Capital funds.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager for a software product
- Ability to work with different stakeholders, the customer, engineering and support teams
- Work experience with agile software development methodologies (such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of the product development lifecycle
- Confidence in using product data and analytics
- Experience in people management (considered a plus)
