VC & Growth

For VC and growth investments we recommend a compact scope and a lean process.

The critical questions are about team quality, learning speed, technical reasoning and whether the architecture is stabilizable and ready for the next stage of scale.

We calibrate scoring to company maturity so the right expectations are applied at every stage, from pre-seed through to growth rounds.

M&A

M&A due diligence lives or dies on integration risk.

Beyond the core technology assessment, we evaluate architecture compatibility, data integration complexity, operational and cultural fit, and whether credible tech synergies exist.

If the platforms cannot realistically be merged, or the synergies do not hold up, that is a deal-critical finding.

PE Primary

For primary PE investments the core question is whether the platform can scale in value, efficiency and complexity under ownership.

We focus on tech debt as a value drag, operating leverage, architecture scalability and whether leadership can drive change.

Our output includes a prioritised must-fix, should-fix and optional optimisation roadmap for the first 12 to 24 months.

PE Bolt-On

Bolt-on assessments are faster and sharper. The question is whether this asset will slow down or accelerate the platform company.

We focus on compatibility, isolation risk, hidden complexity and time-to-value.
